Whelpley Hill Park is located at the centre of Whelpley Hill Village.
A small rural hamlet, Whelpley Hill Village is located on the County border in largely open countryside neighbouring the villages of Ashley Green in Buckinghamshire and Bovingdon in Hertfordshire.
Located to the east of Chesham, there is evidence of an Iron Age hillfort.

Coronation Hall which has a private garden and off-street parking, can be hired for parties and wedding receptions. Local activities including martial arts, dance classes and yoga are also on offer. Please note: Bookings for the Village Hall are not managed by Whelpley Hill Park Limited.

The White Hart pub, located between the village centre and the B4505 to Chesham and Bovingdon.
Whelpley Hill was also known as Wolf Hill in the Middle Ages.
There is no active church in Whelpley Hill now, but services are held occasionally in the Coronation Hall.
Nearby Grove Farm was the subject of a 1986 book and television series entitled Seventy Summers, written by the landowner, Tony Harman.
